2. In this Act—

“Act of 2009” means the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009;

“Board” has the meaning assigned to it by section 4 of the Principal Act;

“Minister” means the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government;

“Principal Act” means the Residential Tenancies Act 2004.
