F25[Payment of surplus funds, distribution of assets in specie
49D
49D. The Agency shall, from time to time, having consulted with the Minister—
(a) pay into the Central Fund any surplus funds, or
(b) distribute to the Minister in specie any assets,
of the Agency that derive from the performance by it of its functions under this Part.]
