49AC.(1) A reference in the Companies Act 2014 to a "statutory auditor" shall, in relation to a subsidiary of the Agency, be construed as including a reference to the Comptroller and Auditor General.

(2) A reference in the Companies Act 2014to "audit of the statutory financial statements" shall, in relation to a subsidiary of the Agency, be construed as including a reference to the audit of the statutory financial statements of the subsidiary of the Agency by the Comptroller and Auditor General under section 12(2A) of the Act of 1990.]
