Repealed (1.01.2023) by Water Services (Amendment) Act 2022 (39/2022), s. 4(1), S.I. No. 678 of 2022, art. 4(a), subject to proviso in subs. (5) that Uisce Éireann shall prepare its accounts pursuant to ss. 17 and 18 for year ending on 31 December 2022.
