Where the High Court makes an order under section 71J(5)(b)(ii), the Minister shall, in accordance with the terms of the order and section 71F(1), assign an assessor to consider the application concerned and the assessor shall proceed, having regard to the stated reasons of the Court, to consider the application concerned in accordance with this Part, and this Part and the regulations shall apply accordingly.]
