33.— Section 51 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (1) by inserting “or regulatory own funds trust RAC” after “to a scheme”, and

(b) in subsection (2) by inserting “or regulatory own funds trust RAC” after “scheme” in each place where it occurs.
