86.— Section 9(2) of the Act of 2004 is amended by substituting for paragraph (a) the following:

“(a) (i) 30 kilometres per hour, and

(ii) 40 kilometres per hour,

in respect of a road or roads in accordance with guidelines issued by the Minister under this section,”.
