Amendment of section 39(2) of Act of 1994 — power of entry.
F80[31.— Section 39(2) of the Act of 1994 is amended by inserting "making a requirement of the person under section 12(2) of this Act or section 4(4) of the Road Traffic Act 2006, or" after "for the purpose of".]
