Amendment of section 12 of Act of 1995.

163.— Section 12 of the Act of 1995 is amended—

(a) in subsection (19) by inserting “or registration in a civil partnership” after “remarriage”, and

(b) in subsection (23)(a) by inserting “or registered in a civil partnership” after “remarried”.
