2. The 31st day of December 2007 is fixed as the day on which sections 1 to 3, 5 to 35, 39 to 48, 50 to 55, 57, 58 except subsection (2), 59 to 62, 68, 70 except subsections (6) and (7), 71 to 76, 91, 93 to 103 and 108 to 116 of the Water Services Act 2007 come into operation.

3. The 31st day of December 2007 is fixed as the day on which section 107 of the Water Services Act 2007 comes into operation, except in so far as it provides in paragraph (a) for the insertion of subsections (2) to (7) of section 58A into the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 .

4. The 31st day of December 2007 is fixed as the day on which section 4(1) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Water Services Act 2007 come into operation to the extent specified in the Schedule to this Order.
