Regulations respecting procedures for setting standards.
100.—Without limiting the generality of section 98, the Minister F101[, having consulted the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs as may be appropriate,] F102[or, in relation to the performance by the Executive of its specialist community-based disability services functions, the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth after such consultation with the Minister as may be appropriate], may make regulations respecting procedures to be followed by the Authority in setting standards under section 8(1) including but not limited to regulations respecting—
(a) publication of any proposed standards,
(b) consultations in relation to the standards,
(c) the consultation period, and
(d) the publication of the standards after their approval by the Minister F102[or, in relation to the performance by the Executive of its specialist community-based disability services functions, the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth].
