118.—Where a F132[railway organisation] provides an emergency cord or other system of emergency communication between the passengers and the driver of a train, any person who uses that cord or system without reasonable and sufficient cause is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding €3,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 month, or to both.
