31.—In this Chapter—

“domestic warrant” means a warrant (other than a F124[relevant arrest warrant]) issued, for the arrest of a person, by a court in the State;

F124["relevant arrest warrant" means a warrant to which a relevant agreement applies issued by a court, in accordance with this Chapter and for the purposes of —

(a) the arrest, in a Member State, of that person, and

(b) the surrender of that person to the State by the Member State concerned.]
