17.—Where, in relation to an offence specified in a F87[relevant arrest warrant], the High Court decides not to make an order under section 15 or 16, it shall not be necessary for the issuing judicial authority to issue another F87[relevant arrest warrant] in respect of such other offences as are specified in that warrant, and, where such other offences are specified in the F87[relevant arrest warrant], that warrant shall be treated as having been issued in respect of those other offences only.
