Short title and commencement.

11.—(1) This Act may be cited as the National Training Fund Act, 2000.
(2) This Act shall come into operation on such day as the Minister may appoint by order.

2. The 21st day of December, 2000, is hereby appointed as the day on which the National Training Fund Act, 2000 (No. 41 of 2000), shall come into operation.
