5.—The following are hereby repealed:

(a) in the Forestry Act 1946, Part III (sections 12 to 34) and section 60,

(b) the Forestry Act 1956,

(c) sections 7, 42(7), 60 and 61, subsections (1) to (4) of section 63 and section 68 of the Wildlife Act 1976.
