F35[13H.(1) The Minister shall, not earlier than one year and not later than 2 years after the commencement of this Part, after consultation with the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, the Workplace Relations Commission, persons whom he or she considers to be representative of employers generally and persons whom he or she considers to be representative of employees generally, conduct a review of the operation of this Part, having regard to Directive (EU) 2019/1158 of 20 June 20193 and may, as part of the review, consider whether the right to request a flexible working arrangement should be extended to all employees.

(2) The Minister shall prepare a report in writing of the findings of the review conducted under subsection (1) and shall cause copies of the report to be laid before each House of the Oireachtas.]
