45B. (1) Subject to sub-article (2), a person shall not drive a mechanically propelled vehicle other than a mechanically propelled wheelchair or an e-moped into a road, a portion of a road or in an area, at the entrance to which traffic sign number RUS 032A [School Street Sign] is provided, during the period indicated on the information plate accompanying the said traffic sign.

(2) Sub-article (1) shall not apply to a person driving a mechanically propelled vehicle—

(a) to or from a premises the primary access for which is accessible only from the road, portion of a road or area at the entrance to which traffic sign number RUS 032A [School Street Sign] is provided, and

(b) in which is displayed a disabled person’s parking permit for the time being in force and which is entering the road, portion of a road or area at the entrance to which traffic sign number RUS 032A (school street sign) is provided to park on the school street for the convenience of the person to whom the permit was granted.]
