44A. (1) Where traffic sign number RRM 034 (Car Share Vehicle Parking Bay) is provided, a vehicle, other than a vehicle referred to in sub-article (2), shall not be stopped or parked.

(2) Sub-article (1) does not apply to a vehicle—

(a) in which is displayed a car share vehicle permit or a car club vehicle permit,

(b) which is parked in accordance with the permit, and

(c) which is clearly marked to show that it is a vehicle that belongs to a car share or car club.]
