14A. (1) Contra-flow cycling on a one-way street shall be indicated by the provision of traffic sign number RUS 059A or RUS 059B (contra-flow cycling on a one-way street),

(2) Where such signs are provided, a pedal cycle, an e-moped or an electric scooter may be driven against the direction of traffic flow indicated by other traffic signs on the one-way street.]
