4. — (1) Section 6 (2) ( b ), ( c ) and ( d ), sections 20 to 31 and section 44 of the Act of 1961 are hereby repealed.

(2) Section 35 of the Restrictive Practices (Amendment) Act, 1987 , is hereby repealed.
