37. — Any legal proceedings pending on the establishment day in any court or tribunal to which the National Standards Authority of Ireland, as a committee constituted by Forf á s under section 10 (2) of the Industrial Development Act, 1993 , is a party shall continue with the substitution of the Authority for such party and shall not abate by reason of such substitution.
