National Standards Authority of Ireland Act 1996
Penalties.
31.—A person guilty of an offence under F10[Part III of] this Act shall be liable, on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding F11[€3,000], or to imprisonment for any term not exceeding twelve months or, at the discretion of the court, to both such fine and such imprisonment.
