Waste Management Act 1996
F282[Offences for failure to comply with section 53D, etc.
53F.—A person who fails to comply with—
(a) subsection (2), (3), (5), (7) or (8) of section 53D, or
(b) a provision of regulations under section 53E,
shall be guilty of an offence.]
