F171[Certain persons not to be regarded as moneylenders.
114.—The Minister for Finance may, after consulting the Bank, make regulations declaring that specified persons, or members of a specified class of persons, are not to be regarded as engaging in F172[the provision of high cost credit] for the purpose of this Part.]
