Obligation to produce to member of Garda Síochána moneylender's licence or authorisation.
108.—(1) Where a member of the Garda Síochána has reasonable cause to suspect that a person is engaged in the F167[the provision of high cost credit] he may require that person to produce his F167[high cost credit provider’s licence] or authorisation issued under section 97.
(2) A person shall not obstruct or interfere with a member of the Garda Síochána acting under subsection (1) and shall comply with any requirement made of him under that subsection.
