5.Where it appears to F28[the F29[Child and Family Agency] that a child is homeless, the F30[Agency] shall] enquire into the child’s circumstances, and F31[if it] is satisfied that there is no accommodation available to him which he can reasonably occupy, then, unless the child is received into the F32[care of the F30[Agency]] under the provisions of this Act, F33[the F30[Agency] shall take] such steps as are reasonable to make available suitable accommodation for him.
