19.—The following are hereby repealed—

(a) sections 8, 12(4), 15, 20, 21 and 25 of the Principal Act,

(b) section 10 of the Road Transport Act, 1934,

(c) section 115 of the Transport Act, 1944,

(d) Road Transport Act, 1956,

(e) sections 5 and 6 of the Road Transport Act, 1971,

(f) sections 6(1) to 6(5) and section 9 of the Act of 1978.
