24.—A periodical payment of money pursuant to a maintenance order, a variation order, an interim order, an order under section 8 F62[or 8A] of this Act (in so far as it is deemed under F63[either of those sections] to be a maintenance order), or an attachment of earnings order shall be made without deduction of income tax.
