F146[Exemption of third-country branches
31AA.—(1) This Part shall not apply to authorised third-country branches.
(2) In subsection (1), "authorised third-country branch" means a third-country branch authorised under Regulation 9P(1) of the European Union (Capital Requirements) Regulations 2014 (S.I. No. 158 of 2014).]
