Previous affecting provision: fines pursuant to subss. (2) and (3) increased (18.07.1990) by Industrial Relations Act 1990 (19/1990), s. 4 and sch. 1 ref. nos. 15 and 16, commenced on enactment. In each case the fine was increased to £1,000 and a daily default fine of £200.
