F545[Right of appeal to Appeals Tribunal against appealable decision.
57L.—(1) An affected person may appeal to the Appeals Tribunal in accordance with this section against an appealable decision of the F547[Bank].
(2) An appeal must—
(a) be in writing and state the grounds of appeal, and
(b) be lodged with the Registrar within 28 days after the F547[Bank] notified the affected person of the decision concerned, or within such extended period as the Registrar may allow, after consulting the Chairperson, and
(c) be accompanied by the fee (if any) prescribed by the rules.
(3) As soon as practicable after an appeal is lodged with the Registrar, the Registrar is required to give a copy of the appeal to the F547[Bank].
(4) The F547[Bank] is the respondent to every appeal.]
