57AS.—In any legal proceedings, no proof is required (unless evidence to the contrary is given) of—
(a) the constitution of the Appeals Tribunal, or
(b) any decision of that Tribunal, or
(c) the appointment, or the holding of office by, a member of that Tribunal or the Registrar.]
