F529[F530[Bank] may make guidelines with respect to the conduct of proceedings under this Part.
33BD.—(1) The F530[Bank] may prescribe guidelines with respect to the conduct of inquiries under this Part, and may for that purpose, incorporate by reference any procedure prescribed by Rules of the Superior Courts as in force at a specified time or as in force from time to time.
F531[(1A) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Bank may prescribe guidelines with respect to the determination of appropriate sanctions and the level of any monetary penalty to be imposed under this Part.]
(2) The F530[Bank] may at any time amend or revoke guidelines prescribed under this section.
(3) Guidelines prescribed under this section, and any amendment to, or revocation of, those guidelines, must be in writing and be published in a manner determined by the F530[Bank].]
