Scandalous conduct of an officer.
139.— Every officer who, being subject to military law, behaves in a scandalous manner, unbecoming the character of an officer, is guilty of an offence against military law and shall, on conviction by court-martial, be liable to suffer dismissal with F92 [ disgrace ] from the Defence Forces or dismissal from the Defence Forces.
