54.— The Act of 2010 is amended—

(a) in section 29(16)(a), by deleting “that granted the licence”, and

(b) in section 60(2)—

(i) in paragraph (a), by deleting “concerned”,

(ii) in paragraph (b)(i), by deleting “where the holder is resident”, and

(iii) in paragraph (b)(ii), by substituting “the” for “another”.
