139ZN.— F244[(1) Subject to the provisions of this Part and Schedule 4, the Commission may make rules providing for the conduct of investigations under this Chapter, the exercise of powers under section 139ZK as applied by section 139ZKA, and the conduct of its proceedings under Chapters 3 and 4.]

F244[(2) In making rules under subsection (1), the Commission shall have regard to the need for fairness and efficiency in the conduct of such investigations and proceedings and the exercise of such powers, in particular the need to address conflicts of interest which may arise in investigations or proceedings or the exercise of powers.]

(3) The Commission shall publish rules made under subsection (1) on a website maintained by it.]
