108.— Section 32A of the Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Act 1961 applies, with any necessary modifications, in relation to the exercise by a judge of the District Court of a power conferred by section 74(8), 75(9) F164[, 79A(5) or (16)] or 87 of this Act or under subsection (2) of section 63 (as substituted by section 105(g) of this Act) of the Act of 1994.
