145.— Section 157 of the Act of 2001 is amended—

(a) by the insertion of the following definitions:

““authorised person” means a person authorised by the Minister under section 185;

“staff” does not include teaching staff;”,

and

(b) by the deletion of the definitions of “Inspector” and “Minister”.
