Amendment of Irish Aviation Authority Act, 1993.

37.—Section 43(1)(a) of the Irish Aviation Authority Act, 1993, is amended by the insertion of “and section 35 of the Aviation Regulation Act, 2001” after “subject to subsection (3)”.
