Validity of payments to persons apparently entitled.
25.—All payments or transfers made by the board of directors of a credit union under section 23 F32[…] to a person appearing to the board at the time of payment or transfer to be entitled under the section in question shall be valid and effectual against any demand made upon the board or credit union by any other person.
