F27[41.—Funds held by the Racing Regulatory Body in individual client accounts including all supporting assets and liabilities in respect of the functions to be transferred to HRI under section 8 of the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act, 2001, shall be transferred to HRI on the commencement of that section.]
