5.Where it appears to F26 [ the F27 [ Child and Family Agency ] that a child is homeless, the F28 [ Agency ] shall ] enquire into the child’s circumstances, and F29 [ if it ] is satisfied that there is no accommodation available to him which he can reasonably occupy, then, unless the child is received into the F30 [ care of the F28 [ Agency ] ] under the provisions of this Act, F31 [ the F28 [ Agency ] shall take ] such steps as are reasonable to make available suitable accommodation for him.
