F421 [ Right of appeal to Appeals Tribunal against appealable decision.
57L. — (1) An affected person may appeal to the Appeals Tribunal in accordance with this section against an appealable decision of the F422 [ Bank ] .
(2) An appeal must —
( a ) be in writing and state the grounds of appeal, and
( b ) be lodged with the Registrar within 28 days after the F422 [ Bank ] notified the affected person of the decision concerned, or within such extended period as the Registrar may allow, after consulting the Chairperson, and
( c ) be accompanied by the fee (if any) prescribed by the rules.
(3) As soon as practicable after an appeal is lodged with the Registrar, the Registrar is required to give a copy of the appeal to the F422 [ Bank ] .
(4) The F422 [ Bank ] is the respondent to every appeal. ]
