57AS. — In any legal proceedings, no proof is required (unless evidence to the contrary is given) of —
( a ) the constitution of the Appeals Tribunal, or
( b ) any decision of that Tribunal, or
( c ) the appointment, or the holding of office by, a member of that Tribunal or the Registrar. ]
