2. In this Act—

“Act of 2014” means the Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2014;

“Minister” means the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment;

“prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made by the Minister;

“Principal Act” means the Broadcasting Act 2009.
