Amendment of section 139ZY of Principal Act

34. Section 139ZY of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by the substitution of “inquiry subject” for “provider” in each place where it occurs, and

(b) in subsection (4), by the substitution of “The inquiry subject” for “A provider”.
