98. The Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003 is amended—

(a) in section 54(1), by the deletion of paragraphs (b) and (ba), and

(b) in section 54A(1), by the substitution of “paragraph (c), (d)” for “paragraph (b), (ba), (c), (d)”.
