Definitions

2. In this Part—

Act of 2007” means the Social Welfare and Pensions Act 2007;

Act of 2008” means the Social Welfare and Pensions Act 2008;

Act of 2013” means the Social Welfare and Pensions (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013;

Principal Act” means the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005.
