34. An offence committed by the holder of a licence F37[to drive a small public service vehicle] under section 7(5) or (7), 8(8), 9(6), 11(4), 17(4), 20(4)(a), 22(4) or (6), 23(1) or (4), 24(7), 26(4), 31(2), 37(3), 43(1) (in respect of a contravention of section 41) or 68(3) is a demerit offence.
